Balocco family’s passion for sweets dates back to 1927, when Francesco Antonio Balocco opened his first confectionery shop in Fossano. Soon a second one was opened in the central street of Via Roma. After the war, thanks to the initiative of Aldo, Antonio’s son the current president of the company, Balocco became a modern industry. In 1970 was opened the new plant in Via Santa Lucia (70,000 square meters).Balocco is one of the most famous brands of confectionery in Italy.
